1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is The Pilot Pen Company (UK) Limited, 4 Dukes Meadow, Millboard Road, Bourne End, Bucks, SL8 5XF.
2. Promotion Overview
2.1 Purchase a qualifying promotional Pilot Pen Pool Party pack from Tesco Stores UK and retain your proof of purchase receipt. Scan the promotion QR code with your mobile or similar device to be directed to the promotion microsite at winwithpilotpen.co.uk, confirm you are 16+, read and accept the terms and conditions, privacy policy, submit your name, email address and upload your valid purchase recipient. There are 13 prizes to be won in the final all entry prize draw.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, who are aged 16 years or over at the time of participation, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and those professionally associated with this Promotion. Internet access & valid email address is required.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The promotion entry period is from 00:01 13th June 2026 to 23:59 30th September 2026 inclusive.
4.2 Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. How to Enter
5.1 Purchase a qualifying promotional pack at Tesco. Scan the promotional QR code with your mobile or similar device, to be directed to winwithpilotpen.co.uk, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, complete the form with your name, email address, upload your proof of purchase receipt and submit your entry to the final prize draw.
5.2 One entry per person per qualifying promotional pack purchased. The same email address cannot be used for more than 10 entries during the duration of the promotion.

6. Final Prize Draw Process
6.1 Within 5 days of the end of the promotion the Independent computer random algorithm will draw 13 winning entries. These entries will be validated against these terms and conditions for fairness and in keeping with the spirit of the promotion. If validation checks are incomplete a replacement winning entry will be drawn. These provisional winning entries will be notified by email within 7 days, These recipients will have 14 days to reply with their valid UK address for prize fulfilment to avoid forfeiting their prize. The Prize Draw service is provided by PromoNow, the independent promotional verification service.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.3 Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list with the last name and county of each winner will be made available on behalf of the Promoter by its Prize Promotion agency Prize Professionals 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks to those that request it via email to hello@prizeprofessionals.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
6.4 No person may win more than 1 of each prize type during the duration of the promotion.
7. Prize Details & Notification
7.1 After an entry submission, successful winners will be notified by email that will require the winner’s response within 14 days or the prize will be forfeited. Winners may be requested to provide evidence of identity and eligibility.
7.2 Notification will be made to the details submitted at the point of entry. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect details entered.
7.3 If a promotional item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the item for another of equal or greater value.
7.4 Promotional items are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be provided.
7.5 By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
7.6 Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
7.7 The Prizes in detail: 13 Winners in total.

Ten runners up winners each receive:

8. Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or participation of the prize.
9. Data Protection
9.1 PILOT CORPORATION OF EUROPE, SA is the data controller for this promotion. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.pilotpen.co.uk/privacy-policy/ .
9.2 Participants' personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion and will only be shared with third parties for these purposes or as otherwise permitted by law (e.g. for validation, prize fulfillment or regulatory compliance).
9.3 All data with the prize fulfillment provider will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the promotion.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10.2 Any decision by the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
10.4 The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. To assist in this validation, the Promoter will use PromoProtect from PromoNow to give a trust score against all entries.
The Promoter or its Agents reserves the right to:
Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if it cannot proceed as planned due to reasons such as tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control that compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion. Disqualify any entries that exceed the maximum permitted number or are submitted using methods such as scripting, brute force, multiple SIM cards for text entries, IP address manipulation, use of aliases, false identities, or any other unauthorised means. Disqualify bulk entries originating from individuals, businesses, consumer groups, or third parties, together with incomplete or automatically generated entries, including those submitted via macros or similar automated tools. Disqualify any entries that tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.
10.5 The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
10.6 No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
10.7 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
10.8 The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (Acts of God), pandemics or epidemics, extreme weather, fire, strikes or industrial action, war, terrorism, conflict, political instability, riots, civil unrest, plague, or other similar events.
10.9 By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10.10 If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
10.11 The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. These courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
